The idea is to consolidate the information that should be consolidated and separate the information that should be separated. HaulMark allows users to be configured to use and see only the aspects of the system that are necessary for them to do their job without navigating through areas that are outside of their responsibilities. HaulMark Enterprise is designed around job functions not information. It is set up to allow users to be able to do their job entirely within the area of HaulMark™ that pertains to their job description. Roll of Dispatching, Residential Routing, Negotiating and setting up customer service agreements and billing are all separate and distinct areas of responsibility. Customer information is consolidated and kept separate where needed. The name and address information can be entered once and the line of business relationship is defined specifically to the type of service provided. A customer can have specific roll off contracts as well as front end or residential. Each line of business can be billed separately or together and differently on a customer by customer basis. For example, your front end operations personnel are maintaining the front end information while the roll off people are managing the roll off information. |
